Qualifications

• Graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to three years of relevant experience in consulting, human resources, operations, project coordination, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR transformation projects and engagements within People Consulting.
• Assist in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Map HR processes, document artifacts, and analyze HR taxonomy across functions.
• Gather, validate, and organize data to support assessments and client deliverables.
• Prepare project deliverables including process maps, reports, and training materials.
• Support project coordination: trackers, logs, minutes, risks, and documentation.
• Contribute to change management, communication, and adoption activities.
