Job summary

MSPbots is seeking a Senior Asset Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of client-facing assets—dashboards, widgets, bots, reports, and apps—that drive measurable value for users.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to shape how clients interact with data and automation, influencing retention, ROI, and satisfaction, while working remotely from the Philippines with semi-flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably SaaS/analytics.
• Ability to translate user needs into assets and experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive and client-facing discussions.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Analytical mindset with bias for action and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

MSPbots is on a mission to automate the future of MSP operations. We're looking for a Senior Asset Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our client-facing assets-dashboards, widgets, bots, reports, and apps-dashboards, widgets, bots, reports, and apps that drive real, measurable value for our users.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how our clients interact with data and automation, directly influencing outcomes like retention, ROI, and customer satisfaction.

Work Setup: Remote, Semi-Flexible, Monday-Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PHT (3 AM-12 PM CDT)

Fixed Rest Days: Sat-Sun

Location: Philippine-based only

What You'll Do

Asset Strategy & Execution

• Define and lead the roadmap for new and existing assets
• Align asset development with company vision and client needs
• Present updates, results, and plans to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams

User Research & Product Design

• Conduct interviews and surveys, then analyze data to uncover real user needs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS, analytics, or MSP-related products
• Skilled in user research and translating needs into high-impact assets
• Strong communicator and presenter- comfortable with executive and client-facing discussions
• Experience working in Agile product teams
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, UserPilot, BI/analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
