Job summary

MSPbots is seeking a visionary leader to own the AI product suite, turning LLMs and autonomous workflows into revenue generators. You’ll be the CEO of the AI product line, shaping pricing, GTM, and the data moat to beat the competition across global MSP markets.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, strong P&L ownership, and cross-functional leadership across US, China, and the Philippines time zones. Remote work from the Philippines preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/SaaS PM experience shipping product powered by LLMs or agentic frameworks.
• Commercial instinct with P&L ownership and revenue KPI visibility.
• Technical depth to understand tokens, embeddings, and prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Own monetization architecture, pricing, and value-based billing for AI products.
• Lead GTM strategy, ICP definition, and ROI storytelling for AI-driven MSP solutions.
• Balance accuracy, latency, and unit cost across frontier models and fine-tuned juniors.
