Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a detail-driven Technical Asset Manager in Cebu, Philippines for a hybrid, full-time role. You will oversee third-party providers, monitor KPIs, and manage contracts while coordinating with client accounts across assets and sites.

You will perform monthly KPI calculations, track performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory frameworks. The position offers a daytime shift and growth opportunities within a global services organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vendor management, contract oversight, operations reporting, or client account management tracking performance against targets.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure is a plus but not required.
• Analytical and data capabilities with spreadsheet templates and asset monitoring platforms.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPI tracking, maintenance workflows, and issue escalation.

Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring & System Tracking: track daily system alerts, flag issues, update availability metrics, support incident impact calculations.
• KPI Calculations & Monthly Reporting: calculate monthly KPIs, review contractor logs and invoices, maintain compliance registers.
• Vendor & Contract Management: oversee incident registers, lead meetings with contractors, track maintenance plans and ticket resolutions.
• Site Inspections & Special Projects: assist site visits, compile reports, manage defect trackers, support claims and special engagements.

We are seeking a detail-driven, analytically minded Technical Asset Manager to oversee third-party service providers and monitor operational performance across client asset portfolios. You will serve as the client representative-managing vendor contracts, tracking operational KPIs, calculating performance metrics, and ensuring contractual compliance across operating sites. Sector-specific training on technical and regulatory frameworks will be fully provided.

Your Impact

• Operational Monitoring & System Tracking: Utilize purpose-built monitoring tools to track daily system alerts, flag operational issues, update plant availability metrics, and support incident impact or loss calculations.

• KPI Calculations & Monthly Reporting: Perform monthly contractual KPI calculations (Site Availability, Performance Ratio, Liquidated Damages/Bonuses), review contractor maintenance logs and O&M invoices, and maintain compliance registers for regulatory frameworks and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

• Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee daily incident registers, lead meetings with third-party contractors, record meeting minutes, evaluate corrective maintenance quotes, review annual safety/preventive plans, and track support ticket resolutions.

• Site Inspections & Special Projects: Assist with site visit preparations, compile post-inspection reports, maintain defect/issue trackers, support warranty and insurance claims, and project-manage ad-hoc technical specialist engagements.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 2+ years of experience in vendor management, contract oversight, operations reporting, service delivery, or client account management tracking performance against targets. Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure is a plus but not required.

• Analytical & Data Capability: High comfort level working with data, spreadsheet calculation templates, performance metrics, and asset monitoring platforms.

• Contractual Acumen: Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPI tracking mechanisms, preventive/corrective maintenance workflows, and issue escalation pathways.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, outstanding organizational skills, and superior written and verbal English communication.
