Job summary

GHD in the Philippines seeks a Senior Architect/Revit Modeler to join the design team on a hybrid basis, supporting UAE projects remotely while collaborating with our Architecture Design Group. You will produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation to meet project briefs and specifications.

With a minimum of 10 years' experience and strong Revit skills, you will deliver technical documentation, perform model checks, and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and delivery.
• Proficient in Revit for detailed documentation and model development.
• Experience with coordination and multidisciplinary checks.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings and documents that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other design documents.
• Deliver daily technical and design documentation and Revit model development.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for projects.
• Oversee production quality and perform clash and dimensional checks.
• Coach and upskill the design team in Technical Delivery and Model development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experiencedSenior Architect/Revit Modeleras part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM
