Job summary

GHD is seeking an Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines. You will draft, design and model across all project stages, delivering high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.

You will work on a range of projects including apartments, commercial buildings, hotels, and industrial facilities, utilizing AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and Navisworks, with hybrid work setup in Makati/Cebu/Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP design
• Proficient in drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experience on projects such as apartments, commercial offices, hotels, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in drawing production using Philippine and international design standards (USA, UK, UAE)

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all project stages including concept, schematic, design development and contract documentation
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

Who are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team:

• 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)
