Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Architect/Revit Modeler to join a workshare team, remotely supporting our UAE office while collaborating with our Architecture Design Group. This role offers a broad mix of design and documentation tasks across multiple projects.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience with Revit, strong architectural detailing skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision. Hybrid work arrangement and potential relocation flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work before submission.
• Regenerative design / Dynamo / Grasshopper knowledge is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Work with architects/engineers and designers to produce detailed drawings meeting project brief and specs.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and other documents related to design.
• Deliver day-to-day technical and design documentation/Revit model development.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Oversee and QA design and technical documentation production.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Check project models and drawings for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-manage drafting processes, data, and modelling information.
• Mentor and upskill design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Senior Architect/Revit Modeler as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base / location.
