Job summary

GHD is seeking a Senior Architect/Revit Modeler to join a remote-enabled workshare team supporting the UAE office. The role requires extensive Revit expertise, detailed architectural knowledge, and the ability to mentor the design team.

Flexible base options include Makati, QC or Cebu City with hybrid office/remote work. Ideal candidates bring at least 10 years of experience, strong detailing skills, and familiarity with interior design documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Expert Revit modelling and documentation development.
• Strong detailing experience with architectural finishes.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work.
• Experience with Dynamo/Grasshopper is a plus and ESD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings and models meeting project brief and specs.
• Develop drawings, reports and documents related to design.
• Deliver technical documentation and Revit model development.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Mentor and upskill design team on technical delivery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Senior Architect/Revit Modeler as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base / location.
