Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior AR Associate to manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, apply payments to invoices, and monitor aging for the Philippines-based team working remotely night shifts.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, prepare AR reports, handle ecommerce channel AR workflows, and contribute to process improvements while communicating effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance preferred.
• CPA license is a plus but not required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AR operations.
• Apply incoming customer payments to invoices (cash application).
• Monitor AR aging and collect past-due balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections.
• Prepare AR aging reports and status summaries for management.
• Manage AR for ecommerce and marketplace channels.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations on disputed charges.
• Support month-end close activities and process improvements.
