Outsourced in Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to support clients in the US, UK, and Canada. This hybrid role combines work from home with occasional meetings in Eastwood and requires night shift alignment with regional time zones.

You will record daily cash collections, reconcile AR, monitor aging, prepare invoices, and respond to client inquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements in AR workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of AR experience, preferably with international clients.
• Experience working with US, UK, Canadian, or other international clients is highly preferred.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite or other ERP is an advantage.
• Night shift willingness and hybrid arrangement in Eastwood.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support AR function for clients in US, UK, Canada.
• Record and apply cash collections and reconcile AR.
• Monitor AR accounts and ensure accurate recording.
• Prepare AR reports such as AR aging, Sales Journal, Bank Reconciliation.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email and phone.
• Prepare monthly invoices and process client requests for invoices and other AR billings.
• Respond to and resolve client queries and account issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AR discrepancies and conflicts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in AR processes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Own assigned projects and perform ad hoc tasks.
