Job summary

Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, is seeking an AR/Collections specialist to manage day-to-day collection activities for a regional customer portfolio and ensure timely payments by coordinating with the customer’s AP team.

The role requires 1–2 years in Customer Service and 2–3 years in B2B collections, plus strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/GetPaid a plus) is preferred.

Qualifications

• University studies.
• 1–2 years in customer service and 2–3 years in B2B collections/AR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be assertive, confident, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily accounts to flag overdue and due invoices.
• Submit required documentation to secure payment.
• Engage with customers' AP teams to encourage timely payments.
• Investigate disputes with order management and tax teams.
• Escalate unresolved disputes to leadership when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date account and invoice statuses in the collection tool.
• Collaborate with cash application to apply funds.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and reporting.
