Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage day-to-day AR for retail and distributor accounts. You will invoice accurately, apply payments, and monitor aging while coordinating with Sales and Ops to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 5+ years in AR, proficiency with NetSuite, and strong Excel skills. You will also support monthly close activities and cash forecasting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts receivable or related accounting.
• Experience managing AR for major retailers/distributors.
• Proficient with NetSuite and ERPs.
• Proactive in aging reviews and cash forecasting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounts receivable activities for assigned accounts.
• Monitor aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Lead AR aging reviews and reporting for cash forecasting and management reporting.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and payments are applied correctly.
• Investigate overdue invoices, unapplied cash, and discrepancies with real-time updates.
• Reconcile customer accounts between NetSuite, SPS Commerce and portals.
