Job summary

Robinsons Department Store is seeking an Operations Finance Specialist in Metro Manila to support financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. The role collaborates with store operations, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and distribution teams to optimize financial processes and drive business performance.

The candidate will monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, and drive cost savings through process improvements and automation initiatives within a retail framework.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with inventory management and retail operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and other financial transactions to support business decision-making.
• Partner with store operations, merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, and distribution teams to align financial processes with operational goals.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
• Support inventory valuation, account reconciliations, audit requirements, and compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory policies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, including finance automation initiatives, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
