Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in Manila is seeking an Application Support Analyst II to independently own complex issues, lead projects, and mentor Level I analysts, delivering reliable, secure, and scalable business solutions.

You will work with business units, vendors, and technical teams to translate requirements into automated workflows using Power Automate and forms, review solutions for security and reliability, and help improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or low-code platforms.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and lead projects independently.
• Experience with Power Automate and Forms or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact application issues and drive resolution.
• Lead small to mid-size projects from requirements through post-implementation support.
• Design and review automation, forms, and workflows for reliability and security.
• Mentor Level I analysts and promote standard practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
