Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Application/Production support or IT operations.
• Strong SQL Server experience.
• Experience with incident and problem management processes.
• Familiar with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Experience in release management in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Interest or experience in AI and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to keep apps running.
• Support transitions of enhancements from dev to production.
• Drive continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide timely updates during critical incidents.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with dev, infra, and business teams to maintain stability.
• Contribute to release planning and deployments in Agile.
• Monitor app health, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
