Job summary

You will oversee incident management, change governance, and reliability improvements, champion automation and observability, and serve as the primary interface with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven L2/L3 application support and team leadership experience.
• Candidates with no Leadership background can be considered for Senior level.
• Strong skills in AWS, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk).
• Database knowledge (Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL) and OS expertise (Linux/Unix/Red Hat).
• Excellent communication skills and exposure to AI-driven automation.
• Nice to have: SRE knowledge or willingness to upskill.
