Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a senior AP leader to drive end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple entities. You will set standards, optimize workflows, and mentor a growing AP team in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities include controlling cost allocations, ensuring accurate vendor data, and coordinating with Fund Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams to maintain ledger integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in accounts payable, fund operations, or finance operations with AP workflow focus in multi-entity environments.
• Minimum 1 year of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience with private equity funds, alternative investment managers, or fund administration.
• Experience with AP automation platforms; Stavpay familiarity is a plus; knowledge of Advent Geneva is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, setting priorities and supporting growth.
• Establish service standards, KPIs, and controls for AP.
• Allocate workloads to ensure timely invoices, batches, and vendor inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance AP efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Oversee end-to-end AP workflows in Stavpay and data sync with Advent Geneva for GL integrity.
• Review and approve invoice coding, entity allocation, and expense categorization.
• Monitor aging, holds, disputes, and payment status; resolve issues.
