Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an experienced Senior AP Leader to manage multi-entity accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate coding, timely payments, and strong controls across Stavpay and Advent Geneva. You will partner with Fund Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Compliance to maintain governance and drive performance.

The role requires 8+ years in AP within private equity or fund administration, with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
8+ years in accounts payable, fund operations, or finance ops with AP workflow in multi-entity env.
Minimum 1 year of people leadership experience.
Strong experience with private equity funds or fund administration.
Experience with AP and invoice operations in regulated financial services or alt asset mgmt.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, setting priorities and supporting growth.
Establish service standards, KPIs, and controls for AP function.
Oversee end-to-end AP workflows across Stavpay and Advent Geneva.
Review invoice coding and expense allocations for accuracy.
Oversee vendor onboarding, tax form collection, and vendor master data integrity.
Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Compliance on AP matters.
Prepare AP dashboard and management reporting for leadership.
