Job summary

Infinit-O Group seeks an Senior AP Manager to lead a multi-entity AP team, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate invoicing, cost allocation, and payment readiness. You will partner with Fund Accounting, Tax, and Legal to uphold controls and GAAP compliance.

You will oversee vendor onboarding, timely reporting, and month-end close support while leveraging Stavpay and Advent Geneva within a private equity context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in accounts payable, fund operations, or finance operations in multi-entity environments.
• At least 1 year of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience with private equity funds, fund administration, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of AP controls, W-9/W-8 tax docs, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, set priorities, and support growth.
• Establish service standards, KPIs, and controls for AP functions.
• Oversee invoice intake, data entry, cost allocation, and payment readiness.
• Oversee AP workflow in Stavpay and Geneva, ensuring GL integrity.
• Coordinate with Fund Accounting, Tax, and Legal on AP matters.
• Prepare AP dashboards for senior leadership with cash flow insights.
