Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Payable and Expense Lead to oversee end-to-end AP for a multi-entity portfolio including private equity funds and management companies.

You will lead a team of Vendor Management Analysts and Specialists, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payments, and expense allocation while coordinating with Fund Accounting and senior Finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in accounts payable, fund operations, or finance operations, with multi-entity exposure.
• Minimum 1 year of people leadership experience.
• Strong background supporting private equity funds or fund administration.
• Advanced MS Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of AP controls, vendor payment governance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team (Analysts and Specialists).
• Oversee end-to-end AP workflows, including invoice intake, data entry, allocation, approval routing, and payment readiness.
• Monitor aging, open payables, holds, disputes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee AP payment batches and data sync to Advent Geneva for GL integrity.
• Ensure accruals for month-end and period close are accurate.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, tax form collection, and vendor master data integrity.
• Provide AP dashboard and management reporting for senior leadership.
