OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking an AOG Desk Back Officer - Senior Operator in Alabang to drive seamless logistics, manage transport documents, and support real-time operations.

The role offers HMO from day one, a 20k signing bonus, opportunities for travel, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth.

You will collaborate with the operations team across multiple transport modes, adhere to SOPs, and maintain high service standards in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics with international operations.
• Strong knowledge of air transport and freight regulations.
• Familiar with AOG environments and time-critical handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and provide quality service.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and customer specifics.
• Process AOG files administratively.
• Create Import/Export files in the TMS.
• Tax and prepare transportation documents.
• Organize local transportation with providers in relevant countries.
• Communicate with Local FXL with information for moves.
• Update FAST and Cargowise with events.
• Relay files and feedback to Front Officer.
• Alert Front Officer and Supervisor in case of disruption.
• Work closely with FXL Network and uphold quality procedures.
