Job summary

Accenture in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Senior Instructor Analyst to support capability development for the Accenture Operations workforce. You will assist in conducting needs assessments and align business needs with training solutions, while coordinating and delivering trainings and collecting data on results.

The role requires at least 2 years in F&A (PTP/RTR/OTC), strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to work in a 100% Return to Office setup.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC).
• Individual contributor role.
• Experience in writing DTPs (preferred).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Training experience (preferred).
• 100% Return to Office (RTO).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting needs assessment
• Support alignment of business needs with training solutions
• Contribute to the design and development of training solutions
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of trainings
• Assist in data collection and analysis of training results
