Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced F&A Subject Matter Expert (Instructor Senior Analyst) for the AI Capability Development Manila Team. The role focuses on delivering just-in-time capability development solutions to the Accenture Operations workforce.

You will conduct capability assessments, align requirements with training solutions, and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of learning programs across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 2 years of F&A experience (P2P, RTR, or OTC).
• Individual contributor role.
• Experience in writing DTPs is advantageous.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Training experience preferred.
• 100% Return to Office (RTO).

Responsibilities

• Assisting in capability and training needs assessments.
• Supporting the alignment of business requirements with training solutions.
• Contributing to the design and development of training and learning solutions.
• Assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs.
• Supporting data collection, analysis, and evaluation of training results.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth training execution.
