Job summary

JLL in Manila is seeking a Senior Analyst - Platform Operations to oversee the performance, integrity and security of our databases. You will help plan and develop the database, and troubleshoot issues for users, ensuring data consistency and clear definitions across systems.

You will collaborate with Operations and Accounts teams, provide training, create basic reports, and propose process improvements while supporting the Regional Platform Manager with ad hoc tasks.

Overview of the Role

Your responsibility as a Senior Analyst - Platform Operations will be the performance, integrity and security of a database. You'll be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users. Ensure that data remains consistent across the database and data is clearly defined.

What this job involves

• Provide trouble shooting for on account teams for workflow issues
• Write basic reports
• Provide user support
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Teams
• Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly
• Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions
• Generally, support the Regional Platform Manager with ad hoc tasks such as facilitation / organizing boot camps, weekly forums and the like
