Responsibilities

• Provide offshore administrative support to designated PDS teams in UK & Ireland time zones.
• Coordinate travel bookings and expense processing in compliance with policies.
• Schedule meetings across multiple time zones and prepare materials.
• Prepare and format reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Support Salesforce/Certinia related tasks and CRM data maintenance.
