You will report to the EQ Technical Onboarding Manager and collaborate with technical teams. The position is customer facing, with exposure to global markets and regular interaction with financial professionals and vendors.

• Knowledgeable on financial ecosystems.
• Confirmed customer service skills.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol.

Responsibilities

• Supports running core business processes and delivers resolutions.
• Supports firms and vendors certification testing.
• Handles UAT requests for external and internal customers.
• Resolves client queries and manages risks, building internal relationships.
• Acts as the main contact for participant reference data for London-based markets.
• Keeps up to date with products and services to maintain readiness for launches.
