Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Analyst - Customer Support (Datascope) to assist equity and commodity professionals in navigating Refinitiv products and data search, ensuring data quality and timely issue resolution.

You will work with managers, analysts, and banks to interpret market requirements, resolve questions, and escalate when needed, while maintaining CRM tickets and contributing to portfolio analysis support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1+ years’ experience in client queries handling.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends.
• Able to interpret equity/markets basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with navigation of LSEG products, data search, and data quality checks.
• Support equity/commodity managers, portfolio managers, research analysts and banks.
• Provide resolutions and workarounds to application usage questions.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Content, entitlements, and sales teams to resolve client questions.
• Maintain CRM tickets and track inquiries to resolution.
• Escalate enhancements to Content or Product specialists.
