Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Servicing to support a team handling mortgage servicing for commercial real estate loans.

You will be the frontline contact for borrower research, covenant monitoring and delinquency resolution, while maintaining professional service and adherence to investor guidelines. Responsibilities include outreach to delinquent borrowers, document collection, tax and escrow analysis, and accurate servicing records management.

Qualifications

2+ years of mortgage industry experience required.
Demonstrates positive attitude and teamwork.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
College degree preferred.
Experience in a call center or high volume customer-facing role.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Self-motivated and independent work style.
Ability to perform complex calculations and use systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as initial point of contact for the commercial loan portfolio.
Participate in outbound campaigns for delinquency resolution and document gathering.
Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service in all interactions.
Handle daily servicing tasks including delinquency outreach, payment inquiries, and documentation.
Monitor servicing records and update loan information in systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve servicing issues promptly.
Identify and escalate significant property or servicing issues to portfolio managers.
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and ensure compliance with guidelines.
