Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry required.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
• High attention to detail and professional communication.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer-facing role.
• Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot and related software.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform complex calculations and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Open to undergraduates with 6 months BPO collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer inquiries and delinquency resolution.
• Outreach to borrowers for delinquency recovery and document collection.
• Maintain accurate loan servicing records in systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve servicing issues.
• Review loan documents and servicing history to determine requirements.
