Job summary
PRECISION DATA SOLUTIONS is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to support a US-based private lending team, focusing on underwriting and financial analysis.
You will underwrite loans, analyze rent rolls, market trends, and borrower financials while coordinating with borrowers and internal teams. This remote role aligns with US Pacific Time and offers growth within a growing private lender.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in CRE underwriting, lending, or investment analysis.
- Strong CRE finance knowledge, valuation, loan structures and credit analysis.
- Advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple transactions remotely.
- Willing to work US Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite commercial and residential bridge loans secured by CRE assets.
- Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, cash flows, and borrower financials.
- Evaluate CRE using income cap and sales comparables.
- Assess leases, occupancy, and market trends; perform risk assessments.
- Prepare underwriting summaries and credit memoranda.
- Support post-closing monitoring, modifications, and payoff analysis.
- Screen opportunities and coordinate with borrowers, brokers, and teams.
- Maintain deal pipeline in Salesforce and assist investor presentations.
