Job summary

RZR is seeking an Analyst to join our data-driven ad tech team in Manila. You will handle hands-on campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily performance management across assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and health of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related analytical field
• Foundational proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• High attention to detail with pride in execution quality
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end: setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management
• Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
• Respond to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
• Execute optimizations and testing strategies to improve performance and client outcomes
• Document all tests and experiments with setup, methodology, and results
• Provide clear, structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Send proactive communication on campaign health and pacing changes
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs
• Support peer analysts by reviewing work and providing coverage
