Job summary

RZR is seeking an Analyst to join our data-driven ad tech team in Manila. You will handle hands-on campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily performance management across assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and health of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or related analytical field
• Foundational proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• High attention to detail with pride in execution quality
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end: setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management
• Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
• Respond to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
• Execute optimizations and testing strategies to improve performance and client outcomes
• Document all tests and experiments with setup, methodology, and results
• Provide clear, structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Send proactive communication on campaign health and pacing changes
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs
• Support peer analysts by reviewing work and providing coverage

Role Overview

As an Analyst at RZR, you will be a core executor responsible for hands-on campaign setup, optimization, pacing, and daily performance management across assigned accounts. You will own the accuracy, health, and outcomes of your campaigns, working closely with leads and cross-functional partners to drive measurable client impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end: setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management
• Monitor key performance metrics daily including pacing, fraud rates, creative performance, and delivery health
• Respond to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs
• Execute optimizations and testing strategies with support from leads and managers to improve performance and client outcomes
• Document all tests and experiments - setup, methodology, and results - in organized formats
• Provide clear, structured performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Send proactive communication on campaign health, risks, and pacing changes without waiting for a prompt
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain thorough logs of issues, actions, and handoffs
• Support peer analysts by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, and providing coverage when needed

Required Skills And Experience

Must-Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Foundational proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• High attention to detail with pride in execution quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with BI or data tools such as ClickHouse, Sisense, or similar platforms
• Exposure to campaign management, performance marketing, or mobile advertising
