Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Testing & Quality Assurance to design, develop and maintain Playwright-based automated test suites with AI-assisted test creation.

You will plan, script, optimize, and document AI-driven workflows using Claude Code, collaborating with developers, product owners and QA teams to ensure robust coverage across key journeys. You'll integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, maintain dashboards, and contribute to ongoing automation improvements, with periodic manual

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing or test automation with Playwright.
• Backend/UI/API testing and data validation experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for test script generation and framework refinement.
