What will you do as a Senior AI Software Developer?

Reporting to the Head of AI Development, AI CoE, your accountabilities will include:

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using large language models, multimodal models and other Generative AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges. Own the end-to-end technical design of AI pipelines, including data preparation, model selection, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. Design and implement advanced AI solution patterns including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector search.

Establish and maintain secure, scalable and reliable AI engineering standards, including API integration, automated testing, CI/CD and operational documentation. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI into products and services Please review the attached job description for further details on the role.

An ideal candidate has the following qualities: Essential:

Demonstrates advanced proficiency in designing, building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions in production environments. Exhibits advanced expertise in Python, AI/ML libraries, SDKs and API integrations. Demonstrates strong capability in implementing Generative AI solutions, including RAG, embeddings, vector search and model evaluation approaches.

Shows proven expertise in designing secure, scalable AI services and integrating them with enterprise applications and data sources. Exhibits strong technical leadership, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into effective AI solutions. Desirable:

Shows ability to work with AI platforms and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama or LangChain. Demonstrates experience with graph databases, agentic systems, workflow orchestration or low-code/no-code AI tooling. Displays initiative in mentoring engineers, developing reusable engineering standards and contributing to AI communities of practice.
