Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring a Senior AI Software Developer for its Technology – AI Centre of Excellence in Makati. You will design, build and scale responsible AI and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value while shaping engineering practices across the organisation.

Role requires leadership in AI pipelines, secure and scalable services, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work setup with two in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python, AI/ML libraries, and API integrations.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Ability to design secure, scalable AI services integrated with enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions with LLMs and multimodal models.
• Own end-to-end AI pipelines: data prep, model selection, deployment, monitoring.
• Define AI solution patterns and ensure robust testing and CI/CD.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
