Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Manila is hiring a Senior AI Software Developer to design, build and scale responsible AI and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Reporting to the Head of AI Development, AI CoE, the role includes end-to-end AI pipelines, secure engineering standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work, salary range Php 104,000 to Php 142,000, permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in designing, building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG and embeddings.
• Ability to lead technical reviews and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using large language models, multimodal models and other Generative AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
• Own the end-to-end technical design of AI pipelines, including data preparation, model selection, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement advanced AI solution patterns including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector search.
• Establish and maintain secure, scalable and reliable AI engineering standards, including API integration, automated testing, CI/CD and operational documentation.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentoring and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI into products and services
