Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company powering marketing and advertising with AI at scale. We are seeking a senior AI platform engineer who can bridge enterprise AI strategy, architecture, governance and delivery across multiple teams.

You will own building platforms, drive reusable accelerators, and shape enterprise-wide AI architecture patterns. Collaborate with top AI talent to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience building enterprise scale web applications.
• Hands-on Generative AI, ML, MLOps pipelines and agentic AI workflows.
• Strong Python backend and design of scalable APIs and integrations.
• Deep understanding of LLM patterns including RAG and tool calls.
• Experience with AI platforms, observability, metering and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-user requirements and translate to architecture and design.
• Deliver platforms enabling secure use of AI with governance and cost management.
• Build interoperability across hyperscalers and tools for governance.
• Lead architecture and design for reusable AI platforms and APIs.
• Define reference architectures, engineering standards and delivery patterns.
• Guide build-versus-buy decisions and model/platform selections.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, runbooks and health for production AI systems.
• Partner with business units to validate feasibility and scale use cases.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical execution across teams.
• Work with AI engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
