Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a seasoned professional to design and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will translate strategies into structured logic, configure orchestration across enterprise apps, and continuously improve AI behavior with product updates and cross-functional feedback.

You will collaborate with QA, Technical Support, Product, and Operations to ensure accurate routing, scalable solutions, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years related experience or Master’s with 2–5 years equivalent industry experience or PhD with 0–2 years experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI/workflow platforms.
• Strong governance, security, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and automation tools.
• Translate defined support strategies into structured orchestration logic and workflows.
• Configure tools for accurate responses, correct routing, and alignment with processes.
• Implement orchestration across systems (MS apps, SharePoint, etc.) for seamless support.
• Update workflows and AI behavior based on product changes and feedback.
• Troubleshoot orchestration flows and resolve logic gaps.
• Collaborate with QA, Support Ops, and teams to validate workflows.
• Document orchestration logic and updates for consistency.
