Job summary

Synpulse in Manila seeks a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to transform business processes through AI and automation. You will design, build, and implement AI solutions across HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other services, working with stakeholders and a peer in another region to scale our AI TOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience following degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI and automation initiatives that generate measurable business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI and automation solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other enterprise AI technologies.
• Develop automations using Microsoft Power Automate, scripting languages, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and other business applications.
• Measure effectiveness of implemented solutions and optimize business outcomes.
• Promote AI adoption through demonstrations, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical applications.
