Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned professional to lead AI implementation and workflow automation initiatives across the business. You will design and maintain low-code automations, integrate systems via APIs and webhooks, and promote AI adoption.

Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and monitor performance to drive productivity and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in AI implementation, workflow automation or business process improvement.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering and Large Language Models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini).
• Experience integrating business systems using APIs, webhooks and cloud-based applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the business to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyse existing workflows, map business processes and recommend AI and automation solutions.
• Design, build and maintain workflow automations using low-code/no-code platforms and system integrations.
• Implement AI tools, assistants and prompt libraries to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Integrate business systems using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms to streamline data flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and deliver automation projects.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously optimise AI solutions and automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document solutions, train end users and promote AI adoption and continuous improvement across the organisation.
