Job summary

Dexcom Philippines seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry. You will drive planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs.

This role emphasizes governance, collaboration, and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of PM experience, strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading global programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise AI programs across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from planning through adoption.
• Drive development of AI platforms and capabilities with governance and business value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, analysts, engineering, and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with Dexcom standards.
• Support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate Agile delivery with backlog management and sprint planning using Jira/Confluence.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution.
• Provide clear status updates and outputs to stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and change management for AI capabilities.
• Establish and track measurable success metrics.
