Job summary

Percepta seeks a Senior AI Solutions Deployment & Integrations Lead to drive wave‑level deployment readiness, validation, and go‑live for AI initiatives across sites and regions. You will act as the bridge between solution design and on‑the‑ground execution, coordinating with IT, operations, and enablement teams to ensure reliable rollouts for agents and customers.

You will lead site change management, ensure agent and supervisor readiness, and build repeatable deployment blueprints for scaling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years in deployment management, implementation, or technical program management in contact centers.
Experience managing multi-site rollouts across time zones (EU/NA/APAC).
Experience in regulated contact center environments (preferred).
Familiarity with CCaaS/CRM migrations and stabilization windows (NICE/Dynamics/Salesforce).
Strong change management skills and ability to brief frontline staff.

Responsibilities

Own Wave-level deployment readiness and execution for AI initiatives across sites/regions.
Lead embedded AI validation and the technical go-live gate.
Document deployment blueprints for replication across sites/Waves.
Deliver weekly status updates to leadership.
Coordinate with site Operations for agent/supervisor readiness before go-live.
Act as on-the-ground voice for agent experience issues and escalations.
Collaborate with IT on platform readiness and CCaaS/CRM coordination.
Flag localization considerations to protect consistency across languages.
