Percepta is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Deployment & Integrations Lead to own wave-level deployment readiness and execution across sites, ensuring reliable rollouts for agents and customers.

You will drive site-level change management, coordinate with Operations, IT, and training teams, and create repeatable deployment blueprints while preserving multi-language consistency across workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in deployment management, implementation, or technical program management within contact center or CX tech.
• Experience managing multi-site rollouts across time zones (EU/NA or APAC).
• Familiarity with CCaaS/CRM migration and stabilization windows (NICE, Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Strong change management skills and ability to brief frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Own Wave-level deployment readiness and execution across sites and regions.
• Lead embedded AI validation and the technical go-live gate before agents reach customers.
• Document deployment blueprints for replication across additional sites and Waves.
• Deliver weekly status updates to senior management and AI Enablement leadership.
