You will design data models, implement AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with the Australian owner to convert real-world rules into a scalable system.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering capability.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.
• Experience architecting a system from zero, including DB and API design.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a custom CRM from scratch for clients, deals, and commissions.
• Lead data modeling, system design, and RBAC for future features.
• Mentor a mid-level/junior engineer joining the team.
• Collaborate directly with the Australian business owner to translate business rules into the product.
