Job summary

Link Wealth Adviser Support seeks a Senior Developer to work with executive and operations teams to advance technology roadmap. You will lead development efforts and champion innovation across cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities include developing internal tools and client systems with Node.js, Python, or .NET; driving automation; collaborating with DevOps for secure, scalable infrastructure; mentoring junior developers; and bridging Australia and the Philippines to translate business goals

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack).
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar.
• Solid understanding of automation platforms, APIs, and workflow tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams or in cross-cultural environments.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity, system integration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Prior experience in a consulting or startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Enhance Solutions: Lead the design and development of internal tools and client-facing systems using modern technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, etc.).
• Drive Automation & AI Initiatives: Spearhead the implementation of automation workflows and AI-powered tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize Tech Infrastructure: Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure systems are integrated, secure, and scalable across multiple locations.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Serve as a tech bridge between our teams in Australia and the Philippines—translating business goals into actionable technical solutions.
• Innovate Continuously: Identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and team workflows, and propose innovative tech-driven solutions.
• Mentor & Guide: Support junior developers and act as a technical lead on critical projects without the heavy burden of people management.
