Job summary

Nexus Group Global in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on AI Operator / Full-Stack AI Engineer to turn messy workflows into working agents, automations, web tools, CRM workflows, marketing engines, forms, tracking, SMS and internal software. The role overlaps Australian business hours and offers remote or hybrid work.

You will design AI systems across operations, sales, marketing, service and admin, build dashboards, automate lead tracking, and document SOPs for solar clients across Australia.

Qualifications

About the role

Hands-on AI Operator / Full-Stack AI Engineer. Turn messy workflows into working agents, automations, web tools, CRM workflows, marketing engines, forms, tracking, SMS and internal software.

Location and pay

Full-time, Philippines-based (Metro Manila preferred), with Australian business hours overlap. Remote / hybrid OK. If SEEK shows Melbourne VIC, this is still remote Philippines-based. Salary: approximately PHP 50,000 per month (₱50,000/month).

Responsibilities

• Design AI systems, workflows, tools and handoffs
• Implement AI across operations, sales, marketing, service and admin
• Build web tools, forms, dashboards and internal apps
• Set up auto-texting, lead tracking, CRM automation and reporting

Skills

Claude Code, ChatGPT/OpenAI Codex, Grok-style agents, Manus and similar automation tools. Strong web development/coding, systems design, marketing, creative tooling, forms, CRM, SMS, tracking and reporting. Comfortable learning new AI tools.

Nice to have: AI services to SMEs; solar, energy, BPO or outsourcing; SEEK, Meta ads, CRMs or ops dashboards; training non-technical staff.

Success: 3 production AI systems live, clear SOPs, a repeatable offer for outside companies including solar companies we already work with across Australia, and measurable time or revenue lift.
