Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. seeks a Senior Digital Workforce Agent (DWA) Developer in the Philippines to architect, scale, and govern enterprise-grade AI-agent platforms for U.S. client operations.

Lead integration patterns, build MCP scaffolds, and mentor junior developers in Azure-based environments. You will drive DevSecOps across Azure ecosystems, oversee tests and automation, and provide technical leadership while communicating complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of software development experience.
• Production-grade Python services and AI-agent frameworks.
• Proven leadership in technical design and mentoring.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for scalable DWA platforms.
• Design LLM integration patterns and deployment patterns.
• Define platform-wide test strategy with BDD and automation.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and briefings.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
