Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a senior AI engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise AI solutions within a Microsoft Azure environment. You will shape architecture and drive implementation across teams.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining AI agents and MCP servers, developing AI-powered web applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging tools like Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to improve productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in software development, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry — both are mandatory.
• Proven experience working with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude.
• Strong programming and scripting skills with the ability to build web applications and integrations.
• Experience setting up, deploying, operating, and maintaining AI agents in an Azure-based enterprise environment.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or similar AI agent/integration frameworks is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and modern software development practices.
• Ability to work with existing AI frameworks and adapt them to enterprise requirements.

• Develop AI-powered web applications and integrations using modern development tools and frameworks.
• Work with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry to develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions.

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI agents and related applications.
