Job summary

DysrupIT Pty is seeking a Senior AI Developer to build agentic solutions on Microsoft Foundry and reusable frameworks. You will work with a Melbourne-based client delivering AI-powered business applications using Dataverse and the Power Platform.

Responsibilities include designing multi-agent systems, governance with approvals and audit trails, and deploying infrastructure as code across environments. Remote setup supports teams in the Philippines and India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years building LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions on Azure AI Foundry, including agents, model deployments, Azure AI Search and evaluation.
• Strong Python and C#/.NET skills, with solid engineering habits such as testing, code review, Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with guardrails and evaluation to AI systems in production, not just prototyping them.
• Clear communication with both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Agentic framework: Design and build multi-agent systems on Foundry Agent Service with Python and .NET.
• Knowledge repository: Build ingestion, indexing and retrieval pipeline on Azure AI Search with grounding and citations.
• Skill sets and tools: Package reusable skills and tools for new agents to inherit capability.
• Dataverse and Power Platform: Use Dataverse as system of record and surface agents in Copilot Studio and Teams.
• Governance: Implement autonomy levels, human-in-the-loop approvals and audit logging.
• Evaluation and observability: Set up tracing, evaluators and tests; monitor quality, latency and cost.
• Security: Use Microsoft Entra identities, Key Vault and private networking.
• Delivery: Deploy via IaC (Bicep/Terraform) with CI/CD across dev, test, prod.
