Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a Senior DWA Developer to architect, scale, and govern enterprise-grade AI-agent platforms for U.S. client operations in the Philippines. You will define integration patterns, engineer LangGraph/MCP scaffolds, and drive DevSecOps across Azure ecosystems.

You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, set architectural standards, and ensure secure, auditable deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of software development experience with production-grade Python services and AI-agent frameworks.
• Experience leading technical design, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Expert proficiency in Python, FastAPI, LangGraph/LangChain, MCP, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for scalable DWA platforms and MCP server scaffolds.
• Define enterprise LLM integration patterns and prompt management frameworks.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment via CI/CD across Azure services.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical briefings.
• Ensure auditability, observability, and security across platforms.
